YEAR 2 TO YEAR 3 TRANSITION INFORMATION
We are sure that at the moment, amongst other things, you have many questions and queries regarding your child’s transition from the infants school to us here at Bolsover Church of England Junior School, such as:
- How will the transition process work?
- What information will I need to know?
- How can my child be
reassured before starting the junior school in September?
Our main aim during this uncertain period is that you and your child feel settled and happy to ask any questions you may have regarding the transition process. We have designed this page to hopefully help everyone, reduce anxieties for children and parents and answer as many questions as possible.

Information from the Infants:
Children moving from Year 2 at the Infants to Year 3 here:
These children will attend Purple, Violet and Turquoise class, as usual on Wednesday 2nd, Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th September. On 7th September 2020, they will move through to the juniors to start the academic year 20/21 in their new school.
